This Dana 80 spool is specifically designed to run 2" x 47 spline axle shafts.

CNC Machined from Solid Billet 4140 Chromoly Steel

The spool starts out as a 195 pound block of 4140 Chromoly steel that is CNC machined and broached. This Machined Spool is then heat-treated and finish ground to size. This ensures that there is no strength loss in this set up.
